Middlesex County Buildings, London, OntarioPosted by Tim (Delaware, Canada) on 20 April 2007 in Cityscape & Urban. This building is now the Middlesex County Building, housing the administrative offices for the county of Middlesex, Ontario. It was originally built around 1827-29 as the county courthouse, and later had a county jail attached to the back of it. The building uses a style patterned after the ancestral home of Colonel Talbot, who was responsible for much of the initial setup of Middlesex County and surrounding areas.
