Thames River near Lighthouse Cove

This is a picture of the Thames River, not far from Lighthouse Cove (see previous day's picture), where the river floes into Lake St. Clair. This area is fairly typical of the land and river between the lake and Chatham, about 40 km. or so up the river. It's a great day to take a boat ride on a warm summer day - peaceful - calm - smooth.
