In 1925, the residents of Doon, near Kitchener, Ontario, built a tower as a tribute to their ancestors. This is the door at the bottom of that tower. I haven't been able to find much on the Internet concerning this structure, but there is some material here: http://www.waterlooogs.ca/cemeterypics/DoonPioneerCemetery.html
