Goderich Auburn Rail Trail (2)

Another picture of the trail (same trail as yesterday's picture) around 7 km or so from Goderich. It was a beautiful day and at this point in the trail, there was nothing but birds and chipmunks and other small animals to disturb the silence. One can stare down the trail and imagine a time 100 years ago when the clearing for the track was a little wider and the train ran down it on its way into Goderich.
